Compton's Cafeteria Riot postcard print
Postcard print of custom linocut artwork by Mazzy Smallwood, in collaboration with Anti-Social Studies. Art depicts a scene from the 1966 Compton's Cafeteria Riot, in which transgender women protested constant police raids and brutality by throwing common objects, including coffee, shoes, salt shakers, and handbags, at the arresting officer. Proceeds will be shared with the artist and an organization supporting transgender rights.
